Aida - Receptionist

Aida has been working as the receptionist for Dr. Alpan since 2002. Aida started her dental career in1998 as a dental assistant in Chicago. Since dental assisting was not her first choice she then migrated to receptionist. After a couple years she was promoted to office manager for a Chicago area dentist. Aida enjoys greeting all of our Las Vegas patients and making them feel welcome. In addition Aida is our designated appointment coordinator, and insurance processor. She is very knowledgeable and is eager to assist all of our patients with any issues that may arise. When not working she enjoys time with her husband and daughter.

Bob - Administrator Las Vegas

Robert Donovan started working in orthodontics over 30 years ago with his father Robert W. (Jack) Donovan, DDS, MSD, PhD. who practiced in Chicago Illinois for 45 years. Robert started his dental carrier owning and operating an orthodontic laboratory, he then took over managing his fathers’ multiple orthodontic offices. At one time Robert W. (Jack) Donovan, DDS, MSD, PhD. owned and operated over 25 practices as well as lectured orthodontics throughout the world. After his father retired from private practice Robert was the principal partner and president of a Dental Management Service Organization (DMSO), which built, developed and managed over 15 multi-specialty offices in Chicago. He was also the president and founding partner in a company that administered “closed panel” dental insurance plans in the Chicago metro area. His core belief is a solid team that focuses its energy on customer service. He has been working with Dr. Alpan since 1999, the inception of the Las Vegas office. Jessie - Chairside Assistant

Jessie attended the dental assisting program at CSN in 1997 and received certification as an Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in 2000. He was a pre dental student at UNLV with a major in biology and minor in film. After deciding not to start dental school he began working with a Las Vegas orthodontist as a lab technician and assisting with patients. Jessie joined Dr. Alpan in 2004.

Jessie has over 13 years of experience in the dental field. He has been trained by many renowned doctor’s as an assistant for orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and dental Implant procedures. Jessie has a trained eye for perfection and also has a passion to help others.

Being a third generation Nevadan, Jessie also volunteers his time to the American Red Cross by donating red blood cells and plasma quarterly. Jessie is committed to providing sound advice to young teens and children about the importance of good oral hygiene. When Jessie is not working he enjoys spending time with his teen age son, reading, golfing and making real estate transactions as an investor.
